Transportation

  • 602 Sunny Slope is a 15 minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran): Google Maps Directions

      • Take I-215 East

      • Take exit 1 to merge onto I-11 S/US-93 S/US-95 S toward Boulder City

      • Take exit 20 for Horizon Dr

      • Turn right onto Sunny Slope Cir cul-de-sac

  • Taxis, Uber and Lyft available, to and from the property

Arrival & Check-In

  • Check-in any time after 3pm

  • The front door uses an August Smart Lock system.

      • Download the August mobile app prior to arrival and link it with your Airbnb App:

      • Familiarize yourself with the app a few days before arrival, and link it to your Airbnb account.

          • Please make sure your phone number is the same as your Airbnb profile

      • There Is also a keypad for the entrance:

          • To Unlock: Enter the 4 digit passcode and press the red "August" button on the bottom of the keypad

          • To Lock: Press the red "August" button on the bottom of the keypad

House Rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 10 AM on weekends and 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays.

      • The city of Henderson prohibits excess noise or activities during quiet hours.

      • Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing backyard noise.

      • The swimming pool is off limits during quiet hours.

  • Smoking is allowed in the backyard, but not anywhere in the house

  • Please report any damage or issues found on the property

High speed Wifi Is available through Cox Communications.

Please read through the terms and conditions of wifi and the provided Internet connection.

Heating and Cooling

  • The house Is equipped with an Ecobee Smart Thermostat located in the hallway to make you comfortable.

  • In the summer these thermostats also operate the air conditioning. Simply slide the bar to set the temperature.

  • We appreciate your help to keep energy costs low, please keep the thermostat set between 65F and 75F

  • Simply set the slider on the right side to the desired comfort zone

Swimming Pool

Pool Rules:

  • No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk

  • Shower before entering the pool

  • No animals in the pool or on the pool deck

  • No food or glassware in the pool or on the pool deck

  • No diving or running

  • No rough play

  • Children under the age of 14 years old shall not use the pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance

  • Maximum 10 persons allowed in the pool

  • Pool Hours: 8am to 10pm

BBQ Grill & Fire Pit

Outdoor Propane BBQ Grill

  • 5 stainless steel burners for ideal heat control

  • Stainless steel side shelves offers a convenient prep area

  • 618 sq. in. of cooking space

  • Battery operated electronic igniter system

  • Simple to use:

      • Turn on main valve on propane tank

      • Set 1 or more of the burners to "Ignition" at the 9 o'clock position

      • After a few seconds, press the Ignition button and you will hear a clicking until the gas Ignites

      • Set the gas valves to the desired level for cooking

  • If propane tank Is empty, please contact us for a refill

Outdoor Wood Fire Pit Usage

  • The wood firepit can be used all year round.

  • Wood can be found at a bundle under the pergola

Check-Out

Check-out is at 11am. The cleaning crew will arrive to prepare for the next guest.

At checkout, please help with the following:

  • Place all garbage into the backyard bins, near the side of the garage

  • Leave all your used towels in the hamper in the master bedroom.

  • No need to strip the bedsheets or linens. They will be laundered by our cleaners.

  • Load and run the dishwasher before you depart
